Night, Weekend and Vacation coverage
Michele generally takes her own call, however upon occasion she may share night, weekend and vacation on-call schedules with other Obstetrics and Gynecology specialists. This is done to ensure that you receive the highest quality medical care at all times. Always, the office answering machine message will let you know who to call if the office is closed.
Appointments
Our office is open from 8:30 am until 4:30pm Monday through Friday. Patients are seen by appointment and you may make appointments up to 3 months in advance. Please call the office before coming in if you must be seen immediately. If your schedule changes and you cannot keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may use that time to benefit another patient. Early morning and Late evening appointments may be arranged on a case by case basis.

Please feel free to call during regular business hours. Our staff is trained and experienced to answer many of your questions. If necessary, Michele will be happy return your call, so please explain the nature of your problem to the Medical Assistant or receptionist.

If you need a prescription refilled , please call during office hours so your chart will be available. Please have the phone number of your pharmacy handy when you call.
