Fees and Insurance Our fees are comparable to other women's health specialists in our area. If you have insurance coverage, bring your insurance card or information with you for your office visit. Your co-pay amount is usually listed on your insurance card. Your co-pay will be collected at the time of your visit. If you do not have any insurance coverage, we ask that you pay for your office visits at the time of your appointment.
Our billing specialist can handle any questions you might have about your billing for our services. Just call (360) 671-7442 and we will handle any questions you may have about your bill as soon as practical.
We participate with many health plans. The plans we contract with are listed here , but the list is updated frequently so check with our office if you have any questions about whether we are a provider on your particular health plan if you don't see it on our list. As a courtesy, Regence Blue Shield, Medicaid and several other health plans will be billed directly by our office, but, you will be responsible for any denied services .
It is required that you have your I.D. Card (Regence or other Private Insurance) or Coupon (Medicaid) with you at the time of your visit. If you have insurance in addition to Regence be sure you receive your Visit Slip to bill the second company. If payment at the time of service is not possible, please make payment plans with us before you leave the office.
We are aware that occasionally problems or misunderstandings come up in regard to charges. It is impossible for us to know the ins and outs of every insurance plan. If there is an error or you have a question please don't hesitate to discuss it with us, however, it is ultimately your responsibility to know your insurance coverage .
Laboratory tests are billed directly to you by the Lab doing your tests; therefore please make payment to them and not to our office. Also, hospital charges are separate from the office fees. |
